Engr. Anisur Rahman is a Bangladeshi born citizen, experienced software developer and executive. He is one of the founding members of the MicroMac. As MicroMac’s CEO, he is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations, as well as leading the company’s product development, technology strategy and business plan. Anisur holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), Bangladesh. He has also got his CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification after the completion of CCNA academic course at Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET). As an entrepreneur and more than 16 years of experience in IT, Anisur has developed several banking solutions for banks and other software to automate different business organizations. He was also involved with some government projects. One of those was e-Bangladesh.

Md. Hosain Ahmed

Mr. Hosain is a Management Member and serves as the Technical Lead in MicroMac. He is an experienced professional with 19+ years in team management and in the banking & financial services industry. His focus areas have been on client strategy, business development & strategy, technology & systems infrastructure, and managing institutional relationships with clients. He has a breadth of knowledge in banking conventions in developed and emerging markets. He is also intimately familiar with the opportunities and challenges facing Bangladesh. Mr. Hosain achieved excellent academic credentials from the Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), Bangladesh, specialising in a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He drives the quality assurance initiatives for the company. He also serves as a project manager.

Mohammad Arifur Rahman is a Management Member and Senior Team Lead at MicroMac Techno Valley Ltd., with over 18 years of industry experience in leading and delivering technology-driven solutions. He holds a Master’s degree in Management from Tejgaon College, Dhaka, Bangladesh. In his role, he oversees end-to-end project execution, including requirement analysis, team coordination, system implementation, and quality assurance. With strong leadership and problem-solving skills, he plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations, seamless system integration, and successful project delivery, contributing to overall organizational growth.

Khaleed Hassan

Md. Khaleed Hassan is a Management Member and Team Lead at MicroMac Techno Valley Ltd., with over 12 years of experience in software development and technical leadership. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), Bangladesh. He possesses strong expertise in system design, application development, and software architecture, with hands-on experience in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. In his current role, he leads development teams, oversees the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), and ensures the delivery of robust and efficient solutions. His responsibilities include system design, code review, performance optimization, and integration with enterprise systems. Khaleed Hassan is known for his strong problem-solving abilities, technical proficiency, and commitment to best practices, contributing significantly to innovation, system reliability, and overall project success.

Rafiqul Islam is a Management Member and Team Lead at MicroMac Techno Valley Ltd., bringing extensive experience in software development and technical leadership. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), Bangladesh, and a Professional Master of Science in Computer Science from Jahangirnagar University. With a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience, he specializes in system design, software architecture, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions. In his current role, Rafiqul leads development teams, manages end-to-end project lifecycles, and ensures technical excellence in all software initiatives. His expertise in requirement analysis, solution design, and team coordination contributes significantly to the successful delivery of robust, enterprise-level applications.

Ms. Ha-Mim Hyder is a highly skilled professional with over 10 years of experience in software engineering and the banking and financial services industry. As the Female Team Lead at MicroMac, she excels in client strategy, business development, technology infrastructure, and managing institutional relationships. Ms. Hyder is particularly well-versed in both developed and emerging markets, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in Bangladesh. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET), Bangladesh. In her current role, Ms. Hyder contributes significantly to the company’s quality assurance initiatives and plays a key part in managing and executing software engineering projects, ensuring the success of MicroMac’s endeavors.

Abu Raihan

Md. Abu Raihan is an experienced IT professional with over 11 years of experience in web development and database management. Currently serving as a Team Lead at MicroMac Techno Valley Ltd. He specializes in requirement analysis, project implementation, and stakeholder communication. His expertise spans e-banking solutions, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms, with hands-on experience in backend development, database management, and application support. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University.
