Anisur Rahman

Engr. Anisur Rahman is a Bangladeshi born citizen, experienced software developer and executive. He is one of the founding members of the MicroMac. As MicroMac’s CEO, he is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations, as well as leading the company’s product development, technology strategy and business plan. Anisur holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), Bangladesh. He has also got his CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification after the completion of CCNA academic course at Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET). As an entrepreneur and more than 16 years of experience in IT, Anisur has developed several banking solutions for banks and other software to automate different business organizations. He was also involved with some government projects. One of those was e-Bangladesh.

Md. Hosain Ahmed

Technical Lead

Mr. Hosain is a Management Member and serves as the Technical Lead in MicroMac. He is an experienced professional with 17+ years in team management and in the banking & financial services industry. His focus areas have been on client strategy, business development & strategy, technology & systems infrastructure, and managing institutional relationships with clients. He has a breadth of knowledge in banking conventions in developed and emerging markets. He is also intimately familiar with the opportunities and challenges facing Bangladesh. Mr. Hosain achieved excellent academic credentials from the Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), Bangladesh, specialising in a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He drives the quality assurance initiatives for the company. He also serves as a project manager.

Mohammad Arifur Rahman

Team Lead

Arifur Rahman is a Management Member and serves as the Team Lead in MicroMac. Arifur Rahman holds a master’s degree in Management from Tejgaon College, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has more than 12 years experience in the industry, mostly at Lead or Senior level.

Md Rafiqul Islam

Team Lead

Rafiqul Islam is a Management Member and serves as the Team Lead in MicroMac. Rafiqul holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), Bangladesh and masters' degree (Professional Master of Science in Computer Science) from Jahangirnagar University.

Khaleed Hassan

Team Lead

Md. Khaleed Hassan is a Management Member and serves as the Team Lead in MicroMac. Khaleed Hassan holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), Bangladesh. He has 7 years experience in the industry, mostly at Lead or Senior Engineer level.

Ha-Mim Hyder

Team Lead

Ms. Ha-Mim Hyder is a highly skilled professional with over 9 years of experience in software engineering and the banking and financial services industry. As the Female Team Lead at MicroMac, she excels in client strategy, business development, technology infrastructure, and managing institutional relationships. Ms. Hyder is particularly well-versed in both developed and emerging markets, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in Bangladesh. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET), Bangladesh. In her current role, Ms. Hyder contributes significantly to the company’s quality assurance initiatives and plays a key part in managing and executing software engineering projects, ensuring the success of MicroMac’s endeavors.
