Engr. Anisur Rahman is a Bangladeshi born citizen, experienced software developer and executive. He is one of the founding members of the MicroMac. As MicroMac’s CEO, he is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations, as well as leading the company’s product development, technology strategy and business plan. Anisur holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), Bangladesh. He has also got his CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification after the completion of CCNA academic course at Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET). As an entrepreneur and more than 22+ years of experience in IT, Anisur has developed several banking solutions for banks and other software to automate different business organizations. He was also involved with some government projects. One of those was e-Bangladesh.

Mr. Hosain is a Management Member and Technical Lead at MicroMac, bringing over 19 years of extensive experience in team leadership and the banking and financial services sector. He has a strong track record in shaping client strategy, driving business development, and overseeing technology and systems infrastructure. His expertise also includes managing institutional client relationships and navigating the complexities of both developed and emerging financial markets. With a deep understanding of global banking conventions, Mr. Hosain is particularly well-versed in the evolving opportunities and challenges within Bangladesh’s financial landscape. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), where he achieved outstanding academic results. In his current role, Mr. Hosain leads quality assurance initiatives and plays a key role in project management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Mohammad Arifur Rahman is a Management Member and Senior Team Lead at MicroMac Techno Valley Ltd., bringing over 18 years of extensive experience in delivering and managing technology-driven solutions. He has a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute complex projects with efficiency and precision. He holds a Master’s degree in Management from Tejgaon College, Dhaka, Bangladesh. In his current role, Mr. Rahman oversees end-to-end project delivery, including requirements analysis, team coordination, system implementation, and quality assurance, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Recognized for his strong leadership and analytical capabilities, he plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency, enabling seamless system integration, and ensuring successful project outcomes. His contributions continue to support the company’s strategic objectives and sustained organizational growth.

Md. Khaleed Hassan is a Management Member and Team Lead at MicroMac Techno Valley Ltd., with over 12 years of proven experience in software development and technical leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), Bangladesh. His expertise lies in system architecture, application development, and building scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. At MicroMac Techno Valley Ltd., he leads development teams and oversees the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring the delivery of reliable and efficient enterprise solutions. His key responsibilities include system design, code review, performance optimization, and integration with enterprise systems. Known for his strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, Mr. Hassan is dedicated to upholding industry best practices. At MicroMac , Rafiqul plays a key role in driving project success and technical innovation. He leads development teams, manages end-to-end project lifecycles, and ensures excellence across all stages of software delivery. His strengths in requirement analysis, solution design, and cross-team collaboration enable the seamless execution of complex, enterprise-grade systems. Ms. Hyder is particularly well-versed in both developed and emerging markets, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in Bangladesh. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET), Bangladesh. In her current role, Ms. Hyder contributes significantly to the company’s quality assurance initiatives and plays a key part in managing and executing software engineering projects, ensuring the success of MicroMac’s endeavors.

Md. Abu Raihan is a seasoned IT professional with over 11 years of experience in web development and database management. He currently serves as Team Lead at MicroMac Techno Valley Ltd., where he leads project execution and technical teams with a strong focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. He specializes in requirement analysis, system design, project implementation, and stakeholder communication. His technical expertise includes e-banking solutions, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms, with extensive hands-on experience in backend development, database administration, and application support. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University.
